China Merchants Bank New York Branch provides an agreed amount of loan funding within the specified period according to customers’ application, with customers usually having the right to draw down in a lump-sum or installments within the loan period. The loan shall be repaid in installments or lump-sum/bullet repayments can be made at the maturity date of loan according to the credit agreement. Unlike a revolving credit facility, the customer cannot draw down the loan again after repayment.
